The Swift LMS software is designed to support the management of learners and learning within organisations. Its functionality provides the opportunity to develop a bespoke LMS based on personalised competency frameworks which can be linked to departments and job roles.

Learning resources and activities can be added and matched to competencies. SwiftTrack can host learning resources in a range of formats including simple text, images, elearning objects and full motion video. Resources can be linked to both competencies and defined Job Roles.

Assessment standards and evidence collection are specified as part of the competency framework. The SwiftTrack App enables dynamic evidence collection and recording against the competency framework. The App can be installed on any modern Apple, Windows or Google device. The App will work on the device and store data internally even if not connected to the internet.

Access to the LMS is established according to the needs of the organisation. Access to the system links to identified job roles and functions and are established based on need. By default the system has roles specified for learners, assessors, managers and quality assurers. Others can be added if required.

Finally the LMS reporting functionality allows managers and HR professionals the opportunity to quickly and easily monitor the progress of individual learners and groups of learners.
