The Service User will not use the Server in any way that infringes any law or regulation, or infringes the rights of a third party, nor allow any other person to do so.
The Service User will not post, link to or transmit: Any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, profane or otherwise objectionable in any way. Any material containing a virus or other hostile computer program any material which constitutes, or encourages the commission of, a criminal offence or anything that infringes any patent, trademark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or similar rights of any person which may subsist under the laws of any jurisdiction.
The Service User will not send unsolicited bulk email from the network and will not employ programmes which consume excessive system resources.
SwiftTrack reserves the right to remove any material which is deemed inappropriate from the SwiftTrack server without notice.
Backups of server data are made daily and stored for 28 days on a rolling basis.
The Service User will keep the system administrator username and password secure and notify SwiftTrack immediately of any unauthorised administrator access.
SwiftTrack may vary technical specifications of service for operational reasons.
Whilst SwiftTrack will make every effort to maintain the integrity of data held on the servers it cannot guarantee that the Server will be free from unauthorised users, hackers or corruption by virus.
SwiftTrack will not be liable for any loss (directly or indirectly) of data, time, profit, earnings or goodwill relating to The Clients misuse of the services. In addition, SwiftTrack is not liable for any downtime caused by faults, malicious attacks or any other disruption to third-party services.
SwiftTrack may temporarily suspend services for running system updates, repairs, bug fixes and maintenance; giving reasonable notice, agreed in advance.

The Service User: The company, individual or organisation utilising the hosting service.
