Our story
SwiftTrack started with a simple frustration: competence software that forced organisations to change how they worked. Providers, employers and awarding bodies were bending their processes to fit their tools, instead of the other way round.
We built SwiftTrack to be different - a platform that maps to your qualification standards, your terminology, your job roles and your assessment steps. From maritime and construction to healthcare and engineering, the same flexible core adapts to each sector's way of working.
Today SwiftTrack powers learning and assessment across training providers, employers and awarding bodies - offline on remote sites, online in classrooms, and everywhere in between.
About Our Founders
Patrick McDaniel
The need for a system like SwiftTrack was initially identified by Patrick via his work as a training and development consultant. His clients wanted the ability to collect evidence of workplace competence to satisfy customer requirements and meet vocational qualification standards.
Matthew Riley
Matt has been the creator and lead developer on the project since conception. Being the driving force behind the LMS and mobile applications, Matthew serves as Chief Technical Officer at SwiftTrack, guiding technical strategy while remaining hands-on with development.
