Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or SwiftTrack software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you should not use this platform.
These Terms of Use may be amended at any time and amendments become effective upon posting. Swift Track Digital Limited reserves the right to make changes or updates to platform content, features, or formatting at any time without prior notice.
Terms of Hosting & Platform Usage
Service users must use the SwiftTrack platform and servers solely for lawful purposes. Service users will not post, upload, or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.
Key hosting commitments and requirements include:
- Security: Service users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and must notify SwiftTrack immediately of any unauthorised access.
- Backups: Backups of server data are performed daily and retained on a rolling 28-day schedule.
- Maintenance: SwiftTrack may temporarily suspend services for scheduled updates, repairs, or maintenance, with reasonable notice provided in advance where practicable.
- Fair Usage: Users will not employ automated programs or processes that consume excessive system resources or interrupt service for other tenants.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SwiftTrack services, the website and application content are provided "as is". SwiftTrack disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
SwiftTrack shall not be liable for direct or indirect loss of data, profit, or operational time arising from client misuse, third-party network disruptions, or external internet outages.

Service User / Client: The company, organisation, or individual utilizing SwiftTrack software, ePortfolios, or hosting services.
