We collect information about our service users for two main reasons:
We only make contact with our service users when it is necessary for operational delivery, when requested, or if you have consented to receive relevant updates.
We do not send unsolicited marketing communications. You hold the right to unsubscribe or opt out of any non-essential email communications at any time.
The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, phone number, organisation name, job role, and support/inquiry details. We never collect sensitive personal data without your explicit consent.

Information recorded on mobile devices using the SwiftTrack application (including offline evidence, audio, video, and documents) remains the property of the related organisation or user.
Backups of all system data are stored securely. When media or records are deleted by account holders, data remains retrievable for up to 90 days as part of SwiftTrack's secure backup system, after which it is permanently purged.
Under UK Data Protection law, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of processing.
