With the Merchant Navy Training Board, we built the MCA-approved electronic Training Record Book (eTRB) now replacing paper records for new cadets - approaching 1,000 cadets and 3,000 shipboard training officers using it offline at sea.

With the Thames Skills Academy and the Port of London Authority, we delivered Thames CPD, the first port-wide Continuing Professional Development programme for Masters and crew on the tidal Thames, regulated under PLA General Direction no. 34.

And with Western Maritime Training we support the assessment of maritime vocational qualifications through digital portfolios that connect practical evidence to qualification requirements.

Each is a different use case for the same sector - and together they show how SwiftTrack's evidence, assessment, competence and learning capabilities adapt to the realities of maritime training, where connectivity cannot be guaranteed and records must satisfy regulators.
