What it includes
1IQA sampling

Schedule and record standardisation activities. Capture attendance, discuss assessment decisions and document agreed approaches so practice stays consistent across the team.
3Corrective action tracking
Where sampling identifies issues, raise and track corrective actions through to closure. Nothing falls through the gaps, and the audit trail shows how concerns were resolved.
4Assurance reporting
